Documentary photographer and journalist based between Belgium and Italy. In her documentary research, Valeria focuses on social and environmental issues, the outskirts, and the underground. My approach to photographic storytelling stems from the analysis and study of images, capturing details or aspects that make a journey unexpected, creating magic, poetry and realism. Intuition guides my narrative in each story, decoding the desire to interpret the concrete in an abstract way.

Francesca Cao has been published and exposed in Europe and United States. In her personal work constantly looks for new ways of telling stories to stimulate the aesthetic reflection on photography, and emotionally move the viewer. Her first book Temporary Life is published by Postcart in 2020.
