While I Was Sleeping
While I Was Sleeping is the third part of a trilogy of projects that came out of that shift (the other two being After the Fact and Endless Plain). These projects, by and large, use documentary techniques and the resulting images look like documentary photographs, but they are not intended to document an event.
One Hundred Yards From Home
A photographic exploration of family relationships and an inquiry into connection, history and the fragility of the tie between mother and daughter.
Missed Care
The referendum on the UK’s membership of the EU was one of the most divisive
moments in modern history — back in 2016 and ever since then, the country felt
more polarised than ever before with a clearly growing sense of “us” and “them”.
People were either unable to or would refuse to see some of the good points that
the other side was making. The Remain side was branded “Project Fear” as they

Exemplary Home
Exemplary Home is a documentary work exploring the north-western part of rural Bulgaria. It aims to illustrate the effects of rapid urbanisation, progressive globalisation and corruption on the most vulnerable parts of Bulgarian society.

The body of work takes a closely intimate look at the contemporary drag scene in the United States. It’s a photographic examination that looks at the notions of identity and how we construct the self in a space different from society’s pre-established gender-specific roles and expectations.
Last day of school

The images are strikingly different from what one would expect from a typical school photograph — it’s a decrepit environment and there are hardly any smiles. Far from the ideal happy atmosphere to foster happy childhoods and promote learning.
St Paul's Cathedral — The Central Spot Of All The World
Architecture with religious purposes has quite different functions from
residential or commercial. While the latter is mainly functional and
economic, the former intends to be grandiose. It’s very much part of its
design to make humans feel small, minute and God, or whoever the deity is,
appear grand, larger
I want it all to go back to the way it was before
Pippa Healy is a photographer, artist and printmaker based in London. Her
raw, diaristic practice responds to events that have occurred in her life,
therefore it has a unique sense of authenticity. Healy’s work references
loss, grief, longing and violence and it’s rather difficult to pigeonhole

Front Yard
The front yard is as much a metaphor as it is a space. Homes reflect the material successes of their inhabitants, their aesthetic tastes, and concrete the ties that bind family, lovers, and friends. When the shelter-in-place order was announced in March and time came to a proverbial standstill, I turned to my community to make portraits of people in their front yards.
